Team Leader - Multiple Locations

• Residential Team Leader will be responsible for the success of our agents; individually and as a team. 
• You will provide the resources and critical sales support functions that will allow agents to maximize their efforts. 
• You will also be responsible for developing the skills and capabilities of the team while developing your own leadership skills. 
• This role supports the brokers and will participate in the recruitment and training of the new agents.

Assisting broker with or individually executing the following:

• Build, implement, and manage a systems for sellers and buyers. Lead generation, database management, information management, and back office support.
• Lead an support agents and teams daily
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns
• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
• Hire agents and associate brokers fo your team
• Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. 
• Supervise agents and teams, direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed.
