Leadership & Team Support

Support the Broker of Record and leadership team in daily brokerage operations
Mentor and guide agents on contracts, negotiations, compliance, and best practices
Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new and experienced agents.
Serve as a point of escalation for agent questions, client issues, and transaction challenges.

Client Representation & Deal Management

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions.
Conduct property valuations, listing presentations, and pricing strategies.
Oversee negotiations to secure optimal terms for clients.
Ensure smooth contract-to-close processes, including inspections, appraisals, and financing coordination.

Requirements

Agent

We are looking for energetic, motivated, sociable, outgoing, and licensed Real Estate professional.

COMPENSATION: No salary or draw. Higher commissions and bonus opportunities available.
